The M21 is ideal for sharpshooters who prefer to hide in enclosed positions (such as buildings or behind obstacles) and pick off careless player with fast and accurate shots. The M21 should ideally be used at medium to medium-long ranges, as at close ranges it can easily be outgunned by automatics and shotguns while at long range it is no match for the hard hitting sniper rifles.
